900 sq ft condo, all tile with some area rugs. Two bed, two bath plus common living area and kitchen. Place is tidy, just needs a deep clean for spring. I have one dog, but she will not be there while you are cleaning. Its in the middle of a complex which is kinda a pain to get to, so I'm happy to provide equipment and cleaning supplies, but feel free to bring your own if that's your preference.
