This is a deep house clean before moving in. We are already having the carpets professionally steam cleaned. So they would probably just need a light vacuuming if the carpets are cleaned before arrival. We would like the rest of the house cleaned (tile, cabinets, bathrooms, shelves, etc). House is 4600 sq ft with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, office, bonus room, formal dining in addition to normal living, laundry, kitchen. I prefer no chemicals for cleaning. Tile washed with dish soap and warm water only. Fridge could use a diluted bleach solution if needed. Cabinets all wiped out with soapy water. Blinds need dusting too.
