I have a rental and need a reliable cleaner I can depend on to clean after guest departures, including all bathrooms, change over bed, wash and dry dirty bed linens and put away, clean kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Dusting, cleaning of appliances and floor cleaning required. Also, skimming of pool and putting away any pool floats left out. Cleaning patio area. Putting back outdoor furniture in correct place if moved. Also, would need to refill items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc. I need someone reliable and able to be my eyes and ears on the ground to let me know how the property looks and notify me of any damages. Someone to keep track of stock items such as toilet paper, coffee filters, soap etc and make runs to the store to restock items if needed for guests. Ensure things are perfect for guests arrival.
