FEMALE CLEANER: Monthly service. Treated like one of the family! FIRST FRIDAY OF MONTH. MIN. 2 HOURS. MAX. 4 HOURS: One time might be 2 hrs., the next 3 or 4 hrs., depending on focus. PROPERTY: Small 1300 sq ft home 3 bedroom 2 bath. Consider it 2 bedroom. 3rd bedroom is used for storage & needs attention 3 x year by me. EVERY MONTH: focus on different rooms, but each time - will be cleaning kitchen, dusting rooms, vacuuming, mopping floors, and both bathrooms (tubs) ATTENTION TO DETAILS: 1. Reliable 2. Friendly With Good Communication. EXPECTATION: 1. Dusting = Wiping down with Cleaner and dust rag. NO feather duster because dust flies around and lands right back down. 2.
