My home is also a short-term rental when I am not there. I clean and turn the house over for the guests and need someone reliable to clean the home and restock supplies for the guests when I am unable. I have a vacuum and mop that I prefer to be used to clean the house. As the dates of guest's stays are variable, there would need to be some flexibility in scheduling dates. The guest's checkout is at 11 a.m. and the arrival time is 4 p.m. I try to schedule a few days in between guests but sometimes it is a same day quick turnover.
