My husband and I have adhd and though we do our best to clean the house, with 3 young boys, it gets dirty and messy fast. I am pregnant with 24/7 morning sickness right now and can barely do housework. My husband is struggling to keep up while working. He also has a compromised immune system so is sick a lot. There is clutter around a lot which makes me feel like house keepers wont work with us. But in the very least Id love the dishes and kitchen cleaned and some laundry done and folded as they are they pile up very quickly and our executive function on top of everything else often cant keep up.
