Move in deep clean of a property in Scottsboro. 1395 sqft. 3 bed 2 bath. I was there yesterday with the inspectors (my mother is the one purchasing it) and it is pretty clean other than regular dust on fixtures, blinds, baseboards. Regular use of appliances. I wanted to gift her with a deep clean because she is allergic to cats and they have a cat and the 3 bedrooms are carpeted. So would like to get them shampooed/cleaned well. She is also going to repaint so I would like the walls and ceilings wiped down as well so she wouldnt have to. Home would be empty.
