Hello and thank you for considering working with us! We are looking for a part time nanny to take care of our almost 7-month-old. I work remotely so I would be in the house for the majority of the day (minus doing some errands here and there), but I would be in my office focused and would want you to feel comfortable to develop your own relationship with my son and make yourself at home in our house. I would not be hovering! My son is usually away for 2-3 hours before napping. While he is napping, you'd be free to do whatever you need! We live in a small house on a large ranch with many walking trails. While he is awake, he loves to play on the ground, go for walks in the carrier, sit outside, read books, etc. He is extremely well tempered and almost always smiling!
