Nanny Needed For 3 Children In Jackson

Seeking for a nanny and household manager/helper for 2 children and one baby due in December. Duties would include helping take care of the children, running errands, managing household duties and appts, meal prep, etc. Weekends occasionally would include traveling to a ranch 2 hours away with the family. We are looking for someone to holistically help with the every day duties and responsibilities of the family. Looking for someone who is loving, encouraging, engaging, a self-motivator, and organized. Ideally hours would be 4 - 10-12 hour days a week with 3 days off.
