To be sure 2 of my children are safe and take their medication as they have epilepsy. To prompt them to shower, do homework. When they get home they have to do homework, then its dinner and they can play and relax before its shower time ( every other day). Their hobbies are they enjoy sports for the boys. Daughter like to dance, sing and art work.
