The most important thing is we need someone loving and kind. My daughter is 20 months old and my son is 7 weeks old. We have a guest room if the nanny wants to move in with us for the year. That would be ideal as my job does call at all times during the week needing help but I would work M-Th during school hours. The 7-week-old sleeps a lot now but needs lots of cuddles. The 20-month-old likes books to be read to her and they both like walks outside.
