We just need someone that would come watch the kids for the hour or two till the kids dad would be off work. I would make sure dinner was made or their dad can make dinner when he's home. I just want someone who I can trust and rely on watching the kids making sure they are staying safe and taken care of. Two of them are in diapers/ pull ups the other is potty-trained. They love going outside to play we have a big yard. Or they will play inside with their toys.
