Mommy Helper Needed For 2 Children

I think an appropriate description of job would be a mommy helper. We just need help watching our 2 1/2-year-old twins during the week. We speak primarily Spanish to the twins. (Preferred, not required). Work would consist of (2) 4-6-hour days between 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Days of the week are flexible, mon/tues/thurs are most probable. This would involve play, mostly. My wife works from home so she would be there for feeding, diapers, etc. We were looking at an hourly rate of 10/hr. If this sounds doable, please let me know.
