Family With 3 Kiddos Seeking Full Time Nanny! 6/3.5/1 - Playful, Creative, And Loving Kids

We are a family of 5 seeking a long term nanny to support our family! We are positive, energetic, yet easy going. We tend to be strict with certain routines and our children being respectful to us and others is very important. We aim to raise confident, kind and caring children who love themselves and all that they have to offer this world. Our children are creative, silly, and (we think) so fun to be around! They are content at home doing crafts or baking but also love a good trip to the store, helping to run errands. Our youngest kiddo, R (11mo) will need to be fed, changed, put down for naps and loved on. E (3. 5), our middle, goes to school 3x a week for half days. She may need to be picked up. On days when she is at home she will need meals prepared, and activities arranged inside or outside of the home. For example, on Tuesdays she has gymnastics at 11 a.m. E (6) needs to be retrieved from the bus every day at 3pm, and given a snack. She loves to play with you and her siblings when she gets home! We're looking for someone who is attentive and focused on our children when they are present. Ideally the right person is proactive about finding activities in our home for our kids, suggesting a trip to the park, or baking. We have two spring spaniel dogs who need to be let outside, and love walks. Mom works from home and is often present and hands on with the children (not over bearing, I promise)! Dad works out of home but has a flexible schedule with hours that can vary.
