Nanny Needed For My Children In Waukesha.

I want someone who will give him their full attention and care for him in his home environment. When I am not working, my husband and I spend the day with him from start to finish with early change / clean up, feeding him breakfast and bottle. Then some play time before he is ready to go down for a nap. After he wakes up its usually more playtime before a snack / lunch and then another nap. This happens again around dinner before we put him to bed between 6:30 - 7:30, at times (every other day after a bath). Sometimes baths are during day if he made a huge mess when eating. We need someone who would be able to be there early as my husband and I start work early (7 a.m. most days), but would be able to leave early 3-4 p.m. most days and be there three days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday most weeks.
