Responsibilities: Provide companionship, comfort, and reassurance to the client Assist with personal grooming, hygiene, meal prep, and errands Communicate patient's medical history to doctors, family, and office staff Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, or blood pressure Light housekeeping Provide transportation to appointments upon request
