Regular Support Needed For My Complex Care Infant!

My daughter is medically complex. We need someone comfortable learning a feeding pump and medication administration. I promise it's easy enough for 2 first-time parents with zero medical background! We do not need nannying, per se. Between my husband and I, one of us is always free to tend to our little girl. But we're getting worried that we're too burnt out to focus on her developmental milestones as much as we would like. She is already enrolled in outpatient PT/OT/speech, birth to 3, and therapy intensives. We are not in need of a true medical professional. We're hoping to find someone that can lend a hand regularly. Snuggle when we're sad, play in tummy time, read, sing, essentially just practice normal baby milestones. We're open to a mutually agreeable schedule. Afternoon or evening hours are best for us, no day preferences.
