Daytime Nanny Needed For A Kind, Funny 3 Year Old In Stoughton

We are looking for a nanny for 1 3-year-old . Our son is communicative, loves books, and loves being silly. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and meal prep for snack and lunchtime. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, and who is CPR certified. We are looking for 25 hours a week, typically Monday-Thursday with flexibility. My husband and I work from home and would like our nanny to have daily outings with our toddler to the library, play groups, parks, museum, etc. We are looking for someone who understands early childhood development and uses proven co-regulation methods and a positive approach to redirection instead of timeouts or other negative approaches that do not encourage learning.
