About the job
We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and experienced in-home nanny to join our family in caring for our two littles: a curious and active 3-year-old enrolled in 3K half days (Tuesday-Thursday) and a sweet 11-month-old baby. Our ideal nanny will be someone who truly enjoys working with young children, understands their developmental needs, and can create a nurturing and stimulating environment. Key responsibilities: Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities for both children to encourage learning, development, and fun. Managing and adapting to daily routines based on the children's schedules and needs, including light meal prep, naps, and playtime. Maintaining a safe environment with a strong understanding of baby and toddler safety practices. Light tidying related to the children (toys, dishes, etc.).
