About the job
We are searching for a nanny for our son, who will have just turned 4 right before the start of this job. Our situation is a bit unique. Mom will be leaving for a few months to go for military training, and dad will be starting a new job around the same time. His job will have a rotating schedule (4 weeks of 1st shift, 4 weeks of 2nd shift, and 4 weeks of 3rd shift), so our nanny will need to be able to adjust their schedule as we have to adjust ours. You'd need to have your own transportation to transport him to and from school and activities. We will provide a proper car seat. We also have 2 very large dogs, so you'd need to be comfortable being around them. Our ideal nanny would be patient and compassionate, and able to help our son navigate this transition with love and tenderness. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
