On-Call Backup Nanny Needed For Sweet 2 Year Old.

We are in need of a back-up Nanny for our 2-year-old daughter. There are times when our regular Nanny is unavailable, and we are looking for someone to call on during those times. Our daughter is a fiercely independent goofball with a heart of gold. She loves deeply and plays hard. We're looking for someone who can keep up with her energy and creativity. Someone who will foster her love for art and reading. Someone who knows how to make the BIGGEST bubbles and maybe even likes to have dance parties. :) There may be occasions when our 7-year-old son is home from school, and on those days he would also need care. Our son is just as big of a goofball. He loves building with Legos and K'Nex. He loves Minecraft, vehicles, engineering, inventing, animal facts, space, and anything science.
