I have periodic work trips out of state and at times, international. They are typically for a week at a time. We have 12 and 10 yo boys who are in sports and a 3yo daughter. We'd need most help with our daughter in the evenings after daycare when I'm away. At times, duties could require getting the boys from school and taking them to sports practices, getting them dinner, etc.
