I am looking for a nanny for my twin boys who are 6 months old, 3 months adjusted. They are both on oxygen and both fed by Gtube. Looking for a nanny to come into my home to take care of them at this time. Must be okay with dogs. A plus if you have worked with gtubes before, or are willing to learn.
