About the job
Looking for someone with flexibility. My 10-month-old (female) is a bubbly sweetheart. I, dad, work from home but need more time to dedicate to work plus get out to the gym and an occasional night out. The first week of every month is my busy time at work. That's when I would require the most time. The rest of the month I have a lot more flexibility. She is a generally happy and easy baby to care for (as told to me by her current sitter whose schedule has changed hence why I'm searching). She's in her crawling, pulling herself up to stand, and putting everything in her mouth stage currently. Looking to establish someone who can get to be with her on a regular basis and help fill in the gaps where I cannot give her the attention she needs. Read to her, take her on walks, and help foster her growth as she develops.
