Recurring Nanny For 6 Mo & 3 Yo Girls

We're looking for someone to be our recurring nanny for our 6-month-old and 3-year-old daughters starting later in March or early April. It's important to us that we have someone who will be present with them and taking the initiative to create activities to keep them engaged (while avoiding screen time). Some qualities we're looking for include: - Interest in early childhood development and playing with babies and toddlers - Willingness to set up and participate in activities and crafts - Ability to multi-task and handle a 6-month-old and 3-year-old - Ability to help with diaper changes for the baby and reinforce potty training habits with 3-year-old - Ability to prepare snacks and lunch for 3-year-old - Ability to be active outside in the yard with the kids - Comfortable with our dog (mini Australian Shepherd, 9 years old)
