Nanny Needed For 2 Children In New Berlin

I have a 2. 5-year-old and a newly 1-year-old. I am looking for someone to join our family rhythm and spend enriching time with them while I get things done. I am a stay at home Mama that simple needs some support and is looking forward to welcoming someone into our home that truly loves to help care for little ones. They both take a long nap in the middle of the day so we are looking for someone that can be with them for 3ish hours after their naps, before dinner time. We are a 5 min drive to the library and a 15 minute walk to the playground. Our home is filled with music, games, coloring, etc. and we do not use screens with our babies (while they are still so little) and ask that to be respected with phones in their presence. Looking for someone responsible and kind. Energetic and sees a need and helps get it done.
