We are expecting and just browsing how care. com works and if they can handle young babies. My husband and I both work from home however I do also have times I have to go to house visits for my job too some days of the month/week. We would like to maybe try part time and then have our days scheduled when we are busy during the times we have a nanny and then will tag team the other days. May increase nanny time if we are more comfortable with them.
