Were currently looking for a reliable, long-term nanny to care for our three boys, ages 10, 5, and 4. Our 10-year-old is very independent and a genuinely sweet kid. Hes talkative, loves being outdoors, and is easy to get along with. Our younger two are non-verbal with minimal spoken words, but theyre great at communicating their needs in other ways. Theyre energetic, loving, and also enjoy spending time outside. Were looking for someone who is dependable, communicative, and upfront when it comes to scheduling and availability. Wed love to find someone who can work 3-4 days per week. Saturday care is typically needed, and occasionally Sundays as well. We partner with an organization that conducts background checks and handles regular biweekly payments. Pay and is negotiable based on experience and the right fit.
