Right now my child is a new born and her routine takes place in about 3-4 hour intervals. In which she takes a bottle of breast milk, has a diaper change, and is put back down for a nap. She has two primary wake windows one in the morning and one in the late afternoon during that time she gets tummy time on her mat, we read books and use her attention cards. I will be returning to work and although I work from home, will need someone to care for her during work hours which are typically 9 am-5 p.m.
