About the job
Looking for a nanny for our 1. 5-year-old son 2-3x/week, *varying* weekly schedule. The days will be Mon, Tue, Wed OR Fri. Open to nanny sharing. Pet free home. Flexible start date. Specifically looking for: 1. Flexibility. I work in healthcare so I don't have a set schedule. You would know what days are needed 6 weeks prior. I can provide examples of schedule to help understand what this usually looks like. Mon/Tue/Wed are needed the most, less often Fri. 2. Prioritizes time spent outdoors in nature (we are walkable to park), arts/crafts/books, Montessori philosophy 3. screen/TV free home 4. light housework (ie: dishes, activity clean up) 6. reliable car for outings 7. hoping to grow our family in 1-2y
