They are seeking an experienced infant nanny to assist their family from April through October. Their household includes a friendly dog, so comfort with pets is essential. Their ideal candidate is patient and calm, and able to travel with them, with two short weekend trips within the coming months, has infant experience, and can provide support and insight as they navigate being first time parents. Reliability and dependability is extremely important to them. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and loving care to infant, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining schedules once established. - Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities to promote growth and learning. - Accompany the family during travel, adapting to various settings and maintaining consistency for the child. - Perform light housekeeping related to the child, such as laundry and maintaining cleanliness of play areas. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and any concerns - Household Assistant Responsibilities: grocery shopping and/or ordering groceries and household supplies, pet care, meal prep, organizational projects, returning packages, running household errands, Qualifications: - Calm, patient, and supportive demeanor. - Strong understanding of infant development and best practices in childcare. - CPR and First Aid certified. - Non-smoker. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to handle the physical demands of childcare. - Discreet and respectful of family privacy.
