Seeking In-home Nanny Service For 1 Toddler & 1 Newborn

Seeking an in-home nanny for (1) newborn and (1) 29m old (M). This position would be caring of our children while one or both parents are working in the home (CST & EST). Requirements - Experienced and/or comfortable with mid-to-large breed dogs AND cats - Reliable self transportation to and from our home - Non-smoker Preferred - Familiar with gentle parenting techniques - CPR certified We strive to provide a safe space for our children to make mistakes to test the boundaries around them, all while enforcing safe and practical boundaries. We are a NO SPANK family. We strive for positive redirection and prefer to model healthy co-regulation of emotions for our children. Our toddler loves interaction through songs and gestures. His current favorite toys include hot wheels, trains, coloring, and playing catch. Our son is enrolled with our state's birth to 3 program as he is still actively perfecting his gross motor skills. This challenges normal stereotypes or expectations of toddlers, whereas our son still requires positive reinforcement and physical support to complete some actions and communicate. We'd appreciate someone who values direct and individual interaction with our children rather than screen or phone time. We will not tolerate any photos of our children taken or shared at any time (other than the approved updates to the parents when needed). We'd appreciate someone who values children's innocence, safety and vulnerability around online presence. We'd prefer if you had your own form of transportation and you are welcome to park at our home for the duration of your work day. Bus routes are near our area but a walking distance away from our residence. Upon screening and placement we would consider how we could/would transport the children with that caregiver. Our family has 2 mid-size to large breed dogs. Harry, an excitable Bernadoodle (m) and Eggsy, a quiet and sensitive Chesapeake Bay retriever (m). Nannying for us would also require regular potty breaks for our dogs on our property, as well as some regular interaction with our animals. This role does not require dog walks or pet transportation. In warmer weather we promote being outside as a family as much as possible and this also includes the dogs. Our family also includes 2 black cats: Jora (m) and Phoebe (f). No pet care is required for the cats. The cats are well socialized and act similar to dogs.
