About the job
We're moving to Shorewood in late April/early May and seeking a full-time nanny for several years. We are an active, kind, and respectful family. My wife works from home, and I do sometimes. Open communication is key. We have two boys and are expecting a girl in June: Our oldest turns 4 in August and attends preschool 3 days/week. He loves reading and trucks. Our 2-year-old starts preschool in the fall (2 days/week). He's high-energy and loves animals. We need a nurturing, energetic nanny who engages with our kids, helps their development, and sets kind but firm boundaries. Experience managing multiple children is essential.
