Long Term Nanny Starting This Summer!

We're hoping to find a long-term nanny for our 3 boys starting this summer. Summer activities would include taking the kids to the pool, tennis lessons, etc. Come September, our two oldest will be in full time school from 8am- 3:30 p.m. We will be welcoming our 4th child at the very end of the summer, so care then would transition to (mostly) our 3rd child (1-year-old, will be 2 in October) while I am on maternity leave. When we're ready, you'd take the new baby on as well (likely November-ish). Fall activities would include mommy + me classes with our 1-year-old, outings to museums, etc. We are really hoping to find a perfect fit for our family. We are active and outdoorsy, but also like reading, music, and arts and crafts. We really want someone who can commit to helping us transition as we welcome our new little one this fall.
