Nanny For 5-month-old In West Allis

We're looking for someone to do in-home nanny care in our home for our 5-month-old daughter. This would be 2-3 days per week (Tuesday and Weds definitely, Fridays could be discussed as a possibility), ideally something like 8 or 9 a.m. to 5 or 6pm, but it could be a shorter window if needed on Tuesdays. [I'd likely be working from home part of some days, but we'd need the caregiver to provide care then as well so that I can actually work. We're looking for someone who is (or is willing to become) infant and child CPR/first aid certified, passes background check, has good references, and is okay with the fact that our elderly chihuahua may bark a bit the first several times she meets you. No smoking of any kind at any time.
