My husband and I are looking for a few great part-time nannies to care for our little one at our home beginning in January. In mid-January the role would be sporadic babysitting, to get to know us and her and so I could fill in at my work some days if needed before maternity leave officially ends. Come late February, our needs will be more consistent, up to 4-5 days per week. We are interested in hiring one to three people with at least 1 year of newborn and infant nannying experience who are studying early childhood development or nursing. As our daughter is arriving November 2024, the day to day expectation of any nanny we hire will be to maintain feeding, toileting, and sleeping routines in a safe and enriching environment in our home.
