Sitter Needed For 1 Child In Glendale After School

Looking for a great sitter for our daughter in Glendale near Bayshore. We would prefer a sitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is comfortable with pets. She knows the basics of what is expected of her when she gets home. She will let the dogs out when asked. She should feed the cats around 4 to 5 p.m. She knows where snacks and drinks are but should be asking to go get them. She enjoys drawing and coloring (sometimes), she has her toy room, she is learning to read and usually has books from school every day so please ask her to read at least one book and find out if she has homework (typically she doesn't). She will sit in front of the TV if allowed to do so so distractions are key or simply directing her elsewhere.
