In search of a regular nanny for my 9-month-old baby girl. Looking for someone with infant experience. Background in nursing, early childhood ed or developmental psych a plus. We follow a montessori-ish lifestyle. Mom is going back to work and will be working 12 hour shifts every weekend (FRI, SAT, SUN). Still fine tuning exact start times with dad's schedule, but estimated hours are around what's posted.
