Part Time Nanny Needed For 20 Month Old Boy

Looking for a babysitter/nanny that can help take care of my 20-month-old son W. My husband and I both work remotely, though usually on the phone and not able to care for our son during those times. W loves to play with trucks, animals, puzzles, and make up any little games with all his toys. He loves reading books with us, going to the park, and meeting other little friends for play dates. We are pretty flexible with what hours we need during the week. If we're able to find the right person, it would be nice to get some hours back on the weekends so my husband and I can finish some projects (for once!). At the moment, would only need 2 days a week (days and hours may vary due to appointments) and some weekend days each month (excluding holidays). We love the outdoors in all seasons. We prioritize getting out of the house daily for walks in the park, finding new playgrounds, or going to play cafes around the city. We also read a lot of books. We have a play room with lots of toys that we rotate. We aren't completely anti screens as we love some shows like Bluey, Ms. Rachel, Blue's clues and Dora when we're running out of things to do or when we come down with sickness. Prioritizing imaginative play is one of our greatest ways we connect as a family. My son loves to play games with his trucks, magnetic tiles, animals, play kitchen things, and his books! We are just getting into art and projects. We love all things sensory and try to be outdoors in nature a lot. He loves playing in the leaves, finding walking sticks, sand, rocks, and just about anything you can find outside. He loves to learn new words and sensory play is his way of learning best. My son can walk, but is still learning how to use his body so climbing and running at the playground can be tricky for him. He is a bigger toddler and walked early, but still finding confidence on the jungle gyms outside. We are learning boundaries and simple commands. He is not potty trained yet. He is still learning how to self feed with utensils, but generally a great eater (and snacker!). He can help putting on his own clothes, but doesn't do so himself. He is still learning how to communicate feelings and his needs/wants. We're looking for someone who has experience taking care of toddlers. CPR certified On street parking We have a black lab that mostly hangs out in my husbands office all day, but will make occasional appearances. Very friendly!
