Newborn - 3 Days/week - Option For Flexible Schedule

We are looking for a part-time nanny to watch our 2-month-old son on Tues-Thurs. We also have a 12-year-old but he will be in school during the hours you will be at our house so your focus will be on the baby. We would love someone who has experience with newborns. We have some flexibility in the schedule, we are looking for 8 hours per day, three days per week. If you prefer a variable schedule or a set schedule, we can probably make either work. I work remotely and split time at my home office and away. Same with my husband - he's in medical school and pops home occasionally during the day. We have a black lab who will need to be let in and out (fenced yard) and go on occasional walks. We would also like our nanny to do light housework like folding laundry or putting away dishes - only when the baby sleeps during the shift.
