We want to be the most present parents when we are home, so our ideal nanny would be someone who is understanding of the little things that make our life easier with light housework and cooking along with enjoying our kids as much as we do. We have a new schedule come August when our girls start 3 and 4k and are looking for part time work for our baby (7mo) and the girls for the half days they are done with school.
