Seeking Task And Detail Oriented Care Provider

We are an active family who loves Jesus. We are looking for someone who will have the mindset of becoming a part of our family and will build a long-term bond/relationship with our kiddos. We have 4 children: L- 15, E- 4, J- 3 and A - 12 months. During the needed hours, we would need someone to be primarily responsible for our 3 and 12-month-old while our 4-year-old is at school from 1-4:30 Qualities we look for in our care provider are: compassionate, confident, efficient, focused, self-starting and detail-oriented individuals who can keep up with the toddlers. Someone who shares similar values. You must be comfortable with preparing dinner (we follow a plant-based diet), assistance with cleaning their rooms/play area and laundry is required. Must be comfortable with driving the children as well (clean driving record).
