Olive You Nanny Milwaukee is representing a kind family that lives near the Schlitz Audubon Center. The family is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their three children: a four 1/2-year-old boy and twin 14-month-old boys. The mother works part-time outside the home while the father works from home or travels for his job. The eldest child will attend summer camp and transition to K4 in the fall, possibly requiring drop-offs and pick-ups. The primary focus will be the care of the toddler twins. The family wants the toddlers' days to engage with activities and outdoor time, utilizing their memberships at the zoo and Audubon. Punctuality and reliability are highly valued traits in their ideal nanny. A family van will be available for the nanny during working hours. They require coverage from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other Friday, with occasional support on a couple of monthly Saturdays. Flexibility is critical, as they may need additional hours or to schedule adjustments. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, depending on experience, with a guaranteed 30 hours per week. Additionally, they offer 6 PTO days, two sick days, and paid holidays falling on regular workdays. Other responsibilities include maintaining common areas, children's laundry, kitchen cleanliness, meal preparation, and cooking.
