About the job
August was born Dec 1st, 2024 and diagnosed with HIE brain damage. Because of his damage, he is on a seizure medication that he takes every 12 hours, which he'll get around 7-7:30 a.m. He also needs to be fed on his side and pace fed. Will take a bottle. Father, Cory, works a night shift 2-2-3 schedule, hours 7pm-7 a.m. Mother, Tricia, is on a day shift weekend schedule, hours 6am-6:30 p.m. When Cory works Thursday night, will need a sitter that following Friday morning, from 5am-8 a.m. which will be every other weekend. The opposite weeks from that Cory will work a full weekend, and we'll need a sitter Sat & Sun morning 5am-8 a.m. So one week it is just Friday morning, and the opposite week it is Saturday and Sunday morning. The hours can seem confusing, but we will be more than happy to answer any questions to those that are interested!
