T, Th Care For 3 Month Old

Looking primarily for care for our 3-month-old. Someone who will help follow our daughter's routine (feed, nap, play, read, get outside) and support her in developing milestones. We have a 2-year-old that goes to daycare full time but would be great if we could have the nanny willing to help care for the 2-year-old if/when she is sick and unable to attend daycare. We also have an 85 lb bernedoodle that is home 3 days/week. She is well behaved and good with the kids. She goes to daycare on T, Th so wouldn't be home. Looking for a nanny with previous infant + toddler experience, strong communication skills, CPR certified, with a reliable form of transportation.
