Hi, my wife and I are looking for some at home nanny care for our 3-year-old son. L. is full of energy and a very sweet boy. Due to some developmental delays, L. is not yet talking but is using some signs (we have videos created to assist!). He has gotten very good at communicating what he needs in his own L. Sign Language (LSL!) My wife or myself will likely be around most of the time as I work from home and my wife is a realtor. We just have found our careers have not allowed us to give L. the playful attention he should have throughout the day.
