Nanny Needed For My Children

I have never had a babysitter since my daughter has been born, she is now 3 years old. So I am very nervous about this experience! She may need time to adjust also as again she has never been away from me unless her dad takes her while I work . So in beginning I would like the job to be done at my current apartment which is upstairs of my job. This is just temporary unless you would like to continue to just come my place. I would like her to be on some sort of schedule as things have been a little crazy lately for both of us so help there would be appreciated and helpful. She loves her phone (too much and I want to break this hobby as much as possible!) she is fun and very laid back for most part, although she does not like to be told no! She is very opinionated already! Shes a joy and a gift to have!
