Part-time Nanny For Two Boys

We are looking for a babysitter to help mostly with our infant son during the week for when mom has to go to appointments, etc. and for special occasions. We have two boys, ages 5 and infant. Our oldest loves Cars, magna-tiles, arts & crafts, music and learning Spanish. He is very good at playing independently and goes to preschool a few days a week. Our youngest is an infant so he just loves being held or playing on his playmat. We're looking for someone who is kind, patient, creative, and comfortable with dogs. We would love someone who is bilingual (Spanish). We live on a quiet residential street and offer street parking. Our family has two older dogs, boy dog is 11 and girl dog is 9. They are both cattle dog mixes and very sweet, but getting older so they mostly lounge around all day.
