Hi! We have a very happy and active 5-month-old were looking for some more help with during the work day. I work remote 100% of the time and my husband its hybrid with a couple days in the office. Were really looking for someone that down-to-earth genuinely loves babies (playing, reading, etc.), is experienced with nap time routines and early milestones, and is respectful/nonjudgmental of our parenting choices. Ideally, were looking for someone 3-4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) for 4-6 hours a day.
