Part Time Help Needed For Stay At Home Mom

Hi there :) I am looking to establish a relationship with a babysitter who I could rely on to help with our kids typically one day a week or on an as needed basis typically during the daytime but potentially for a few date nights as well. I left my corporate job about 6 months ago to stay home with our 4 yr old, 2 yr old and baby who is now 4 months. I feel so fortunate to be staying home with them but also find myself needing a break throughout the week and some space to run errands, go to appointments, etc without all three kids in tow. I am looking for someone for a few hours a week and it could range from 1-3 of the kids depending on the time/day, my oldest is in part time preschool and I haven't left our baby with anyone quite yet as they are still nursing!
